After spending time in Southern California, developing an interest in the food truck scene and tacos, the concept arose, and recipe testing began. With one successful food concept rolled out, paired with her husband’s love of Mexican Food and her mother-in-law’s taco nights, Chef developed L.A. Taco Truck and the idea came to life.
